Hand-carved wooden Kachina figurine. These figures used by some Native American tribes to resemble spirits or personifications of things in the real world. The figures, all unique in appearance, attributes, and accessories were painted in a variety of bright colors. This one, finished in red, white, gray, black and yellow is with it's accessories.
