Apprentice trained, Jean Claude Novaro began his glass blowing career in his teens and continued to work to push the bar for glass blowing throughout his career. The French artist who had his own glass factory eventually became inspired by the unique happenings with glass throughout the United States and began to become more creative with his pieces, often blowing large scale pieces of work. This larger vase, c.1980s, features a rounded red and white body that tapers towards to bottom with a bubble like rim, a great center piece or entry way vase.
